General conditions of sale

The Inasmet Foundation (henceforth INASMET-Tecnalia) on-line purchase service, places at your disposition a comprehensive selection of publications specialised in the area of materials, their transformation processes and environmental adaptation, published in different formats that include books, CDs, articles and reports that can be downloaded from our website. We also offer a selection of publications from allied national, European and international organisations.

This service allows you to obtain certain documents immediately by downloading them, manage your orders easily, enjoy a personalised service and make your purchases in a completely secure environment.

Making your order

You can add different items to your shopping basket in order to order them from INASMET-Tecnalia or formalise your purchase over Internet.

The prices of all the items for sale in the different sections do not include taxes or postage costs.

After completing the "Invoice details" form you can view your order in progress with all the items in your basket, their prices, the legally-applicable taxes and postage and packing costs, where applicable.

The orders are delivered from our headquarters to the address stated on the "Delivery details" form, except for those documents that are downloaded.

Delivery of your order

On-line download

The reports you have purchased and selected for downloading will be available for ten days from the date of purchase (as long as payment has been accepted). If this period is exceeded and you have not been able to download any of the reports purchased, you should contact inasmet@inasmet.es for the download period to be extended.

Service from the INASMET-TECNALIA offices

Orders delivered from our offices are sent by registered mail. The maximum delivery period from acceptance of your order by our Publications Service is 15 days. This period is extended to 20 days for the rest of the world.

Methods of payment

INASMET-Tecnalia offers you the following methods of payment:

• Credit card on the website (Visa, MasterCard).
• Bank transfer. If you opt for this method of payment, you should make a Transfer for the full amount of your order to the following account - BANKINTER ES54 0128 6302 26 0100002324, Beneficiary: Fundación Inasmet, specifying the Order Nº in the comments section.

Taxes

Purchases made by natural persons and physical entities residing in Spain are liable to Value Added Tax (VAT), while those made by natural persons and physical entities residing in the other member states of the European Union are exempt of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Purchases made by natural persons and physical entities residing in countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT.

For this system of purchase/delivery and due to their tax regimes, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are regarded as being outside the European Community.

The purchase system is subject to current Spanish law, meaning that sales operations are regarded as being carried out at the registered offices of INASMET-Tecnalia: Mikeletegi Pasealekua, 2. Parque Tecnológico-Teknologi Parkea. E-20009 DONOSTIA-SAN SEBASTIÁN (Spain).

Postage and packing

The cost of postage and packing is calculated from both the final destination of the order, the number of products and the total weight of the package to be posted. The price includes transport and packaging.
