In compliance with that laid down in Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13th, concerning the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, the Inasmet Foundation, henceforth INASMET-Tecnalia, informs you that:

• The data supplied by you will become part of an automated database owned by INASMET-Tecnalia and registered with the General Data Protection Registry at the Data Protection Agency.
• Said data will be used for management purposes, as well as for sending you information about activities, products and services that may be of interest.
• INASMET-Tecnalia has adopted the security levels required for the data provided by implanting all necessary technical and organisational measures, insofar as current technology allows, to avoid it being lost, modified, used inadequately or being accessed by unauthorised third parties.
• INASMET-Tecnalia ensures the confidentiality of the data provided, guaranteeing that it will not be transferred to Third Parties unconnected to INASMET-Tecnalia, with the exception of the TECNALIA Foundation (the Technological Corporation too which INASMET belongs and of which it is a founder member).
• You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a letter, fax or e-mail to:

Security Policy

One of the priorities of INASMET-Tecnalia is to guarantee the security of the information and the confidentiality of the data that you send us over Internet.

INASMET-Tecnalia has adopted the security levels required for the data provided by implanting all necessary technical and organisational measures, insofar as current technology allows, to avoid it being lost, modified, used inadequately or being accessed by unauthorised third parties.

To this end, the INASMET-Tecnalia Internet purchase service uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security technology, this being a system that allows the information you send us, including the details of your order and credit card, to be encrypted s that it is almost impossible to read even if intercepted illegally.

The INASMET-Tecnalia server is certified, meaning that your browser can conform the identity of the INASMET-Tecnalia shop before any data is sent. This certificate guarantees the identity of the computer to which you are sending the data.

However, if you make an on-line purchase and are not using a browser with these standard security features or do not want to disclose your credit card details over Internet, you can make the payment by bank transfer.
